We have developed a plan by which
you can keep in touch with your clients on a regular basis in a fashion that is
sure to please. If you are the person who receives the mail at home, what do
you open first. We have found that over 90% of the people will open what looks
like a greeting card first, even if they know there is no special occasion.
With this in mind, we only use brightly colored (never white) envelopes,
commemorative 1st class stamps, and your name and return address. We have
programs that send cards out a minimum of 4 times per year, but we can also
mail 6, and 12 times per year, or we can create a mailing program to suite your
needs
We believe that all businesses should keep in contact with
their customers at least 18 times per year. Although we have the capability to
do this with greeting cards, we also want to make sure that your card is being
read. Therefore we recommend the following guideline for you; |
- Call or meet with your customers at least once a
year but preferably 4-12 times per year (calling is time consuming but if your
budget allows and you don't personally have time hire someone to do it for
you)
- Send out a news letter 4-6 times per year. (If you
don't feel you have the time or expertise to create one yourself, there are
companies that will do it for you)
- Send a nice greeting card 4-6 times per year. We
recommend only four mailing per year to all of our clients, but we are ready to
send as many each year as you would like.
